Leasing Applications
All leasing of units at the Cove at Briar Bay is now subject to the Master Board Amendment 6.22
The Amendment has been mailed to all Homeowners

The Amendment requires that all Homeowners wishing to Lease MUST seek Master Board and Cove Board Approval.
The Homeowner must submit an application that includes:
1. The Application Form
2. A Security Deposit check of $1000 made payable to Briar Bay Community Association
3. A Check for $125 (Non Refundable) made payable to Briar Bay Community Association for Tenant Credit and Background Check.
The prospective tenant will be required to attend a screening interview at which time they will be advised if the application has been successful. Homeowners will be required to sign an addendum to the effect that they will evict within 30 days if their tenant does not abide by the condominium and community association rules. If tenants are in violation the homeowner is responsible. Any fine will be levied against the homeowner's account. IF THE ASSOCIATION IS FORCED TO PURSUE EVICTION PROCEDURES ANY LEGAL COSTS WILL BE LEVIED AGAINST THE HOMEOWNER'S ACCOUNT.
