LEASE GRANDFATHERING
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 7TH 2008
PLEASE NOTE: All Leases with NEW tenants MUST be approved.The Board of Directors for the Cove at Briar Bay with the Briar Bay Master Board will permit "Lease Grandfathering" outside of the Master Board Amendment 6.22 for Homeowner who renew leases with the SAME tenant that meet the following criteria.
You have supplied the Cove Association with a copy of the original Lease and subsequent Lease Renewals
Your account MUST be in good standing with both the Master Board and the Cove at Briar Bay Association.
You have NO outstanding Condominium Association Rule violations.
You must sign an Addendum to say that you will evict tenants who do not adhere to Condominium Association Rules. The Addendum can be printed from the Website at www.thecoveatbriarbay.com Select Leasing Application and then select "view" the Addendum at the bottom of the page. This will open a document that can be printed; completed and returned to Ben Green at Atlantic & Pacific.
