    What can we do to ensure pet owners pick up droppings from their pets?

    If you see a homeowner failing pick up after their dogs make a note of the homeowner's address. Contact Atlantic & Pacific Site Manager, Ben Green with the name or address of the homeowner and a violation letter will be sent and tracked for repeat offenders.     How do I lease my unit?

    Submit a Leasing Package to Kings Management for Tenant Approval - Select Leasing Applications from the menu on the left.

    Can I lease my unit privately without Board Approval?

    NO! all Homeowners who receive payment for the use of their unit MUST apply for approval. The Board will pursue unapproved leasing to the fullest extent possible.

    I have mold in my unit; what do I do?

    Contact Atlantic & Pacific Site Manager, Ben Green to arrange an inspection - The Association is only liable to remediate for problems caused by a defect in the Association Common Property. All issues found by an inspection NOT to be caused by Common Property defect are the responsibility of the Homeowner's insurance. Click HERE for contact information.

    My windows appear to be leaking what should I do?

    Windows caulking and repair is NOT the responsibility of the Association and should be addressed by Homeowners Insurance or through Pride Homes.

    I am having temporary difficulty making Condominium Association Payments - what should I do?

    How can we stop large trash items being illegally dumped at the trash sites?

    If you see a homeowner or tenant dumping large items at the trash site; make a note of the homeowners address. Contact Atlantic & Pacific Site Manager, Ben Green with the name and/or address of the homeowner and Atlantic&Pacific will send out a violation letter with a fine of $100 per item.     Can I store a Barbeque on my deck?

    NO! Condominium Association Rules states that NO items may be stored on the deck/patio of any unit. Per Fire Regulations - Barbeques can not be used within 10 feet of the Condominium Building - violations should be reported to: The Fire Dept compliance division Tel: 561-804-4724. For safety reasons; it is strictly prohibited by the Association Rules to store Propane Gas Tanks on the deck of any unit. - Non compliance will result in a Condominium Rule Violation Fine.
