The Financial Records of the Association are available for ALL Homeowners to view by appointment at the offices of Atlantic & Pacific Management.
The Proposed Budget is mailed to all Homeowners each year. There is a Budget Meeting to formally adopt the budget each year after the proposed Budget has been mailed to Homeowners - This is usually during September for the following year. The approved budget is mailed to all homeowners along with the payment coupons for the year.
