Board Meetings
The Board of the Cove at Briar Bay Condominium Association meets every 30 - 60 days. Notices are posted at each Cove Location a minimum 48 hours in advance of the meeting. The Board Meeting is for the purpose of conducting Association Business Homeowners are welcome to attend as GUESTS but may NOT ask questions during the time that the Board Meeting is in session. The Board STRONGLY encourages Homeowners to attend posted meetings. At the end of each Board Meeting there is an 'OPEN FORUM'. This Forum usually runs from 7.30 - 8.00 pm and is the time when the Board welcomes input from Homeowners. Any item requiring action or Board attention will be added to the Agenda of the next Board Meeting.
