Obtaining a copy of the Condominium Documents
The Association Rules are for the benefit of ALL Homeowners. Non compliance with the Association Rules will result in a fine to the Homeowner; even if the unit is leased. As per the Association Rules; the Homeowner is responsible for tenants being aware of and abiding by the Condominium Documents.
